As Paul exhorts Timothy to do in 1 Timothy 4:13, we want the community at King’s to devote ourselves to the public reading of Scripture, because we believe God’s word was meant to be heard in community. The weekly Public Reading of Scripture during lunch on Mondays is a time for the King’s community to read Scripture together, encourage one another, and spur one another on in Christ.
